Usage Agreement

When you purchase an icon set or Course Design Kit from the Design Shop, you agree to the following:

• Nicole A Yang and the Design Lab maintain sole and exclusive ownership of all assets sold.
• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferrable limited use license for graphics you purchase.
• You may use the graphics for either personal or commercial use.
• You may not resell or sublicense any asset from the Graphics Library, or any modifications of those assets, to a third party.
• Third party use requires a separate, Commercial Extended license. Please email us (lab@nicoleyangdesign.com) to get an extended license!
• You may only upload assets from the Graphics library to a server owned and controlled by you/your business, or to a cloud storage service or cloud-based design app or digital asset manager controlled by you/your business.
